Facilities, Capacity and Pricing
Cross Creek Ranch is an ideal setting for those that wish to host their celebration in a world apart from the rush of everyday life. This tranquil, rustic setting is truly picturesque, boasting grounds of manicured green and elegant outdoor patios.
The Carriage House Stable boasts an authentic rustic exterior, giving way to refined elegance past its double doors. This lovely hall boasts a peaked wooden ceiling and market lighting overhead, accommodating up to 150 seated guests. There is a dance floor space cleared at the heart of the room, making your transition to after-dinner entertainment seamless. You will be spoiled for choice with all of the different options for your special ceremony. They offer an Enchanted Forest, Secret Garden, and The Oak Tree. The Carriage House Stable pricing starts at $22,995 and increases based on your guest count and the day of the week.
For more intimate affairs, consider the French Country Inn. This cottage is pristine in its design, with a delicate powder pink and black decor running throughout. It features a covered patio area that can be used to host your reception of up to 60 attendees. There is plenty of space to accommodate an evening’s dancing, allowing you to spread your celebration under the night sky if you so wish. The French Country Inn pricing starts at $12,995.
Services Offered
Cross Creek Ranch offers a full-service wedding experience for all those that wish to celebrate there. You will be assisted by the on-site design team who will work diligently with you and your planner to bring your vision to life. Also at the property to aid in the seamless flow of your day are the assistant coordinators and the lead coordinators. Your celebration will be served by banquet staff and expert bartenders. A choice of three caterers is included in the all-inclusive package. This location is easily accessible and provides plenty of parking for the convenience of you and your guests.
Cross Creek Ranch offers a discount to all military couples, first responders, teachers, doctors and nurses. Your service is truly appreciated.

The most AMAZING wedding venue ever!!! The place is very spacious and very well-maintained, with multiple options for ceremony sites to match your style (all of which are equally beautiful). The fact that it is an all-inclusive venue definitely made the wedding planning much less stressful for us, especially living out of state. The concierge and design team kept in close contact with us the whole time, guiding us throughout the whole wedding process. Alta, the florist, is the sweetest soul we’ve ever met! She took so much time and care to listen to exactly what we wanted for our floral arrangements. From the moment we set eyes on the property and met the amazing team, we already knew this was the perfect venue for us. We felt so taken care of (portable fans and glasses of water provided for us throughout the photoshoot to keep us cool and hydrated, snacks and appetizers catered to us in between the programs to make sure we are fueled and don’t forget to eat, accommodating our request to have a private “first touch/vows/gift exchange” without actually “seeing” each other, giving my groom and I enough time just by ourselves right after the ceremony so we can have a small private moment together before going back to greet our guests, and so much more). There were multiple last-minute changes we requested that they easily accommodated, including squeezing in an additional slot for a toast (my father decided at the very last second that despite his fear of public speaking, he would get up and provide a toast for us 😭). The whole team all worked so hard to make our day so very special. Every little detail so well thought of. We can’t thank Cross Creek Ranch enough for all the love and support we received (Nicole, Alexis, Annika, Lisa, Alta, etc). There’s no other place that could match this venue. We will forever recommend them to everyone we meet!!!-

I am SO happy we went with Cross Creek for our wedding day. Everything was well planned and perfect! The planning leading up to the day was well managed, and the staff were super helpful in giving me an outline on what should be done/decided at what time. There was never a question I couldnt get a quick answer to. The design meetings and detail meetings were well run, and I always felt prepared for what we would be going over. All of the vendors that they recommended were AMAZING as well! The day of, there was always someone with me and my husband to make sure we were on time and tended to anything we needed. Our day of coordinator was Annika, and she was the best. Literally a dream venue, well worth everything!!-

I attended the wedding of a friend and this venue and I just HAD to come brag on Valerie and everyone over at Cross Creek Ranch. From start to finish everything was perfect from the guests point of view. Valerie was an absolute gem who constantly made sure everyone had what they needed, but never seemed over bearing. The team at Cross Creek Ranch is so amazing- every time I book a wedding there I always look forward to working with them! They bend over backwards to make sure the wedding day goes smoothly, and the bridal party is happy. Plus, it's such a gorgeous place! Definitely a photographer's dream to photograph there.
Although there are many Farm Venues in Tampa Bay Area, none really match the cleanliness, manicured landscaping, and detail of Cross Creek Ranch. Having shot several wedidngs there, I can tell you it is excellent if you want great wedding photography & video, such a variety of natural backgrounds. The hand-on care they give the brides is 5-star! You will have a excellent Country atmosphere, yet without the dust and dirt of many country/farm wedding venues.
It has been our honor to consistently work with all the staff at Cross Creek Ranch! Everyone is very professional and friendly. The venue is beautiful as well! Excellent place to host an event!
